Personal Care Assistant (PCA) - 12 Hour Shifts

About The Position
As a Caregiver, you will provide basic patient care under the direction of the nursing staff and perform duties such as feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming residents, and changing linens. You will also move, transfer, or transport residents. This role primarily involves working with assisted living residents in our ALF neighborhoods, with flexibility to assist in other areas as needed. You will build long-lasting relationships with residents and help provide them with social and emotional support.
Requirements
- Experience as a caregiver in a CBRF or other healthcare setting preferred, but other candidates will be considered as well
- Computer skills strongly preferred
- Certified or willingness to obtain dementia care certification strongly preferred
