About The Position

Requirements
- Prior experience in personal care or related field preferred
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and assisting clients
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Help with household chores including meal preparation, light cleaning, and errands
- Monitor and report any changes in client’s condition or behavior to nursing staff or supervisors
- Follow care plans and maintain client confidentiality at all times
- Support clients in adhering to medication schedules under supervision
