Requirements
- Previous experience in personal care or a related field is an asset
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable IS A MUST
- Must be able to pass background checks
- Valid driver’s license or State ID is required for the position
Nice To Haves
- Own Reliable transportation is a plus
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation
- Support mobility and transfer needs to ensure client safety
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Help with light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Monitor clients’ condition and report any changes or concerns to supervisors
- Follow care plans and instructions provided by healthcare professionals
