About The Position
The Personal Care Assistant provides in-home care to help clients remain safe and independent in their own homes. The role supports clients with daily living, personal care, household routines, and companionship while providing dependable, respectful assistance. Assignments are in clients’ homes, with daytime, evening, and weekend shifts offered. Local placements may be available when possible.
Requirements
- Strong willingness to care for and support others.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A patient, compassionate, and respectful approach.
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes.
- Successfully complete a background screening.

Responsibilities
- Provide reminders for medications as directed.
- Assist clients with walking and general movement in the home.

- Offer companionship and emotional support through conversation.
- Help clients with everyday household routines.
