About The Position

Guardian Angel Senior Services is seeking compassionate, dependable individuals for the role of Personal Care Assistant (PCA). This position offers meaningful work helping elderly and disabled individuals live safely and comfortably in their own homes. Requirements

• Own vehicle and a valid driver's license
• Strong English communication skills (reading, writing, speaking)
• Compassionate, respectful, and dependable attitude
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Commitment to following health and safety guidelines

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care (hygiene, dressing, meals)
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Help with light housekeeping and maintaining a clean home
• Run errands such as grocery shopping
• Prepare meals with client involvement when possible
• Provide medication reminders
• Perform routine cleaning (vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, bathrooms, etc.)
• Monitor and report changes in client condition
• Respond quickly and responsibly in emergencies
