About The Position
Provides 1-on-1 or small-group personal care and mobility support to students with special needs, physical disabilities, or complex health conditions throughout the school day.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
- Pass background check, drug screening, and TB health test.

Responsibilities
- Assist students with daily living needs, including toileting, diapering, feeding, hygiene, and transfers.
- Accompany assigned student(s) in classrooms, recess, cafeteria, and during bus loading/unloading.
- Implement IEP support strategies, maintain visual supervision, and ensure student safety.
- Help monitor student well-being and track daily care routines following FERPA privacy rules.
