Requirements
- Previous experience in a personal care or similar role preferred.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
- Reliable and punctual with a commitment to client care.
- Must be able to pass required background checks.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing.
- Provide support with mobility and transferring as needed.
- Help with meal preparation and feeding when necessary.
- Monitor and document client health and wellbeing, reporting any changes to supervisors.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for clients.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance client quality of life.
