We are seeking passionate and dedicated PCA professionals to join our growing team. This role involves delivering 1:1 behavioral support and therapeutic interventions to children with autism and other developmental needs using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). The PCA works under the supervision of a BSC and plays a critical role in helping children develop communication, social, and self-regulation skills. This is a deeply rewarding opportunity for individuals who are enthusiastic about making a tangible difference in the lives of children and families.

Requirements

  • 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training required.
  • PCA experience in the area of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) required.
  • Ability to remain calm, supportive, and solution-focused during behavioral incidents.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and dependability.
  • Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of care.

Responsibilities

  • Implement individualized behavioral treatment plans developed by the supervising BSC.
  • Support children with behavioral, emotional, and developmental needs across home, clinic, and community settings.
  • Teach and reinforce coping strategies, self-help skills, and replacement behaviors.
  • Use positive reinforcement, modeling, and trauma-informed care practices.
  • Maintain detailed and timely session notes and progress documentation.
  • Communicate regularly with parents, caregivers, and clinical supervisors.
  • Promote skill generalization across environments.
