We are seeking passionate and dedicated PCA professionals to join our growing team. This role involves delivering 1:1 behavioral support and therapeutic interventions to children with autism and other developmental needs using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). The PCA works under the supervision of a BSC and plays a critical role in helping children develop communication, social, and self-regulation skills. Requirements

40-hour Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training required.
PCA experience in the area of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) required.
Ability to remain calm, supportive, and solution-focused during behavioral incidents.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and dependability.

Responsibilities

Implement individualized behavioral treatment plans developed by the supervising BSC.
Support children with behavioral, emotional, and developmental needs across home, clinic, and community settings.
Teach and reinforce coping strategies, self-help skills, and replacement behaviors.
Use positive reinforcement, modeling, and trauma-informed care practices.
Maintain detailed and timely session notes and progress documentation.
Communicate regularly with parents, caregivers, and clinical supervisors.
Promote skill generalization across environments.
