Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in personal care or healthcare settings is a plus.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with clients and the office
Ability to perform physical tasks, including minor lifting and assisting clients.
Compassionate demeanor and a genuine desire to help others.
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to clients' homes.
Must pass background checks and adhere to health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.
Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.
Monitor clients' health and well-being, reporting any concerns to the supervisor.
Help clients with mobility and accompany to appointments or social activities.
Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients in their homes.
Medication reminders as needed.
Follow care plans and maintain communication with the office
