About The Position

CNS Cares is seeking compassionate Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to provide direct care to clients in their homes. As a PCA, you will have the opportunity to build close relationships with patients and provide them with the support they need to remain independent and comfortable in their own homes. CNS Cares specializes in providing home health care to Armed Services Veterans and former energy workers.

Requirements

• 2 years of in-home health care experience
• Must have every other weekend availability (Saturday and Sunday)
• Must be willing to travel up to 60 miles
• Must be willing to work in multiple homes (if applicable)
• TB test
• Valid Driver's License
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to clients in their homes.
• Build close relationships with patients.
• Promote personal safety and a safe environment for clients.
• Maintain compliance with agency policy, procedures, and job requirements.
• Provide one-on-one patient care.
