Requirements
- Compassionate, dependable, and focused on patient care
- Able to work independently and communicate clearly
- Comfortable with basic technology
- Motivated by helping others
Nice To Haves
- 1+ year of caregiving experience in home health, hospital, assisted living, or similar settings
- Experience with Activities of Daily Living (ADL)
- Experience with equipment like Hoyer lift or sliding board
Responsibilities
- Provide companionship, safety, and support to patients
- Assist with Activities of Daily Living (bathing, dressing, meals, light housekeeping, toileting, transfers)
- Support errands and appointments as needed
- Observe and report any changes in patient condition
- Help patients maintain independence and safety at home
