- Willing to travel within 25 miles
- Strong communication & professional attitude
- Must pass background checks & drug screening

- Hoyer lift & gait belt experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Providing companionship & emotional support
- Helping with bathing, dressing, grooming & toileting
- Medication reminders
- Mobility & transfer assistance
- Transportation to appointments & errands
- Meal preparation & light housekeeping
- Observing and reporting changes in condition
- Encouraging independence & confidence
