About The Position

Accurate Home Care is hiring a Personal Care Assistant (PCA)/Community First Services and Supports (CFSS) Support Worker to provide direct patient care and assist with daily living activities under the supervision of a Qualified Professional/Supervising Professional. The role helps patients maintain their health status and independence, with all care performed according to the patient’s care plan. Full-time and part-time hours are available, and the position pays $18.00 per hour. Accurate Home Care describes its culture as grounded in Accountability, Compassion, Integrity, and Teamwork. Requirements

Interpersonal skills, including sensitivity and compassion toward clients.
Must be at least 16 years old.
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
Fluency in English.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
PCA/CFSS Certificate; applicants are encouraged to ask their recruiter.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Provide multiple types of assistance according to the patient’s care plan.
Communicate appropriately with the Clinical Manager and scheduling team.
Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, feeding, grooming, and dressing.
Perform light housework or other activities related to independent living.
Report changes or concerns to the Clinical Manager.
