About The Position

Right at Home West LA is seeking a dedicated Caregiver/Home Care Aide/Personal Care Assistant for their location on 14th Street in Santa Monica. This position offers flexible scheduling with shifts ranging from 4-12 hours in various West Los Angeles areas including Santa Monica, Malibu, Venice, Inglewood, and Culver City. The role is ideal for individuals who love helping others and require flexible scheduling.

Requirements

• Registered Home Care Aide (HCA) license (PER ID starts with 750, 460, etc. and is 10 digits long).
• Background check and Fingerprinting required.
• TB Test (recent within the past 2 years and negative).
• CPR certification required.

Nice To Haves

• 2 or more years of Caregiving experience.
• Ability to drive clients in own car.
• Two professional references in healthcare or caregiving.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care to clients.
• Assist clients with daily living activities.
• Transport clients in personal vehicle (if applicable).
• Travel between clients.
• Participate in team interactions and company recognition events.
