About The Position
ComForCare Home Care is seeking caring and dependable Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to provide compassionate, personalized care to clients throughout the Las Vegas Valley. As a caregiver, you will play an essential role in providing companionship, socialization, and basic needs support to clients, helping them live independently and continue to do the things they love. This role is with an independently owned and operated ComForCare franchisee.
Requirements
- Passion to serve and help others live their best lives possible.
- High school diploma or G.E.D. certificate.
- Ability to work flexible hours.
- Own vehicle and have insurance.
- Ability to pass a state and federal criminal background check and a clear DMV driver’s record.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test.
- 2-step TB test in the last year.
- Physical in the last year.
- Occasionally required to lift up to 25-50 lbs.

Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping and laundry.
- Help clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation.
- Accompany clients to appointments and community activities when needed.
- Monitor client well-being and report changes to the care team.
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow client care plans.
- Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for clients.
