About The Position

UChange Home Care is expanding its team and looking for reliable Personal Care Assistants / Caregivers to provide in-home support for clients in the Robbins, IL area. We are seeking compassionate, dependable individuals who want consistent part-time work, supportive leadership, and the opportunity to make a real difference in someone’s daily life. Since 2009, we have proudly served seniors and individuals with disabilities in their homes. Families trust our caregivers because of their reliability, compassion, and dedication. We provide dependable schedules, clear communication, and a professional team environment where caregivers are supported. We are scheduling interviews this week, and openings are filling quickly.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance
• Reliable smartphone for care documentation
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Must pass background check and drug screening

Nice To Haves

• At least 1 year of caregiving or home care experience
• CNA or HHA certification (preferred but not required — training available for the right candidate)

Responsibilities

• Assisting clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Providing mobility assistance and safe transfers
• Offering companionship and emotional support
• Preparing meals and assisting with light housekeeping
• Maintaining a clean, safe home environment
• Using a mobile app to clock in and document care
• Communicating clearly with our office team
• Maintaining dependable attendance and professionalism
