About The Position
UChange Home Care is seeking dependable Caregivers / Personal Care Assistants to provide in-home care in Oak Park, IL. We are looking for individuals who want consistent part-time work that makes a real difference. Immediate shifts are available. Requirements
- Caregiver / Home Care Aide
- Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance
- Reliable smartphone for care documentation
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
Nice To Haves
- At least 1 year of caregiving or home care experience
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Provide mobility assistance and safe transfers
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
- Help maintain a clean and safe home environment
- Use a mobile app to clock in and document care
- Communicate clearly with the UChange Home Care office team
- Maintain dependable attendance and professional conduct
