About The Position

Northshore Heights in Knoxville is looking for dedicated Personal Care Aides to join our team. We are hiring for full-time evening shifts from 2pm to 10pm. Our PCAs provide supervision and assistance in such a way that our residents feel they are genuinely cared for.

Requirements

Must be able to provide care, supervision and assistance to residents in accordance with state regulations and company policies and procedures.
Must be able to receive and give shift report for assigned residents to charge person.
Must be responsible for changing linens, collecting soiled linens and distributing clean linens as required.
Must be responsible for assisting the residents in maintaining their room, bathroom and personal belongings in a clean and orderly manner.
Must be able to provide direction and assistance with personal care functions including grooming, haircare, shaving and ordinary care of nails, teeth and mouth, dressing, bathing, toileting, walking and transfers, and eating.
Must be able to take and record weights as directed.
