About The Position
Vintage Knolls is a personal care facility located in Danville, PA, dedicated to the care, compassion, dignity, and safety of its residents and employees. Due to rapid growth, we are looking to expand our team by hiring personal care assistants to enrich the daily lives of our residents. This role offers fulfillment and satisfaction through helping others. We are seeking compassionate and positive individuals who enjoy working with the elderly. Previous experience in personal care for the elderly is a plus, and we are willing to train the right candidate.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent is required by law
- Committed to health & safety
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Positive and compassionate attitude
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in personal care for the elderly is a plus
- Previous experience as personal care assistant is preferred
Responsibilities
- Assisting residents with showering, bathing, dressing, incontinence care, oral care, laundry and transportation to/from the dining room.
