About The Position
The PCA II supports patients with personal care and home management. Services may include oversight and supervision, as well as support with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and Independent Activities of Daily Living (IADLs), such as bathing, personal hygiene tasks, dressing, meal planning, and preparation. The PCA II follows the established scope of practice defined by New York State regulations.
Responsibilities
- Support patients with personal care and home management.
- Provide oversight and supervision as needed.
- Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, personal hygiene tasks, and dressing.
- Assist with Independent Activities of Daily Living (IADLs), including meal planning and preparation.
- Follow the established scope of practice defined by New York State regulations.
