Personal Care Aide

Serenity Gardens prides itself in the care, compassion, dignity, and safety of its residents and employees. We are experiencing rapid growth and looking to expand our team. We are seeking personal care assistants to be part of enriching the daily lives of our residents. The fulfillment and satisfaction that comes with helping others surpasses the challenges of this position. If you’re a compassionate, and positive person who loves working with the elderly, then this is a job for you! Previous experience in personal care for the elderly is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate!
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent is required by law
- Committed to health & safety
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Positive and compassionate attitude
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in personal care for the elderly is a plus
- Previous experience as personal care assistant is preferred
Responsibilities
- Assisting residents with showering, bathing, dressing, incontinence care, oral care, laundry and transportation to/from the dining room.
