About The Position

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Personal Care Aide (PCA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team in Lawrenceville. This is a full-time position with opportunities to work up to 40+ hours per week. Candidates must be available to work weekdays and/or weekends. In this role, you will make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors and individuals with disabilities by assisting with daily living needs and helping improve their quality of life. Responsibilities may include personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication assistance, errands, and companionship. The ideal candidate is patient, compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing respectful, high-quality care.

Requirements

• Must be available to work weekdays and/or weekends
• Must be able to work full-time hours, up to 40+ hours per week
• Must be able to work in Lawrenceville
• Knowledge of basic housekeeping and cooking skills
• Ability to follow health and safety guidelines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift and assist with physical tasks as required
• Compassionate, respectful, dependable, and ethical

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience as a PCA, CNA, Caregiver, Home Health Aide, or similar role is preferred but not required
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal hygiene needs and dressing
• Assist with mobility, walking, and physical therapy exercises
• Prepare meals and snacks
• Perform light housekeeping activities
• Assist with medication reminders and medication-related tasks as permitted
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with errands and shopping
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment
• Follow all care plans, company policies, and health and safety guidelines
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and the care team
