About The Position
We are seeking Personal Care Aides (PCAs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team. In this role, you will make a difference in the lives of seniors and individuals with disabilities by providing compassionate, reliable care and helping improve their quality of life. Full-time positions are available, with up to 40 hours per week. Weekday and weekend shifts are available.
Requirements
- PCA or CNA certification/experience preferred
- Previous caregiving, home health, PCA, or CNA experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to follow health and safety guidelines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to perform physical duties required for client care
- Compassionate, respectful, dependable, and ethical
- Must be available to work up to 40 hours per week
- Must be available for weekday and/or weekend shifts
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal hygiene and dressing
- Assist with mobility, walking, and daily activities
- Prepare meals and snacks
- Perform light housekeeping
- Assist with medication reminders/medication-related tasks as permitted
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with errands and shopping
- Follow the client’s care plan and safety guidelines
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and the office
