About The Position

Provide meaningful, hands-on care that allows clients to remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home. Requirements

• Must be 18+
• Ability to pass background check and TB clearance (HAR §11-700)
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Prior caregiving experience (professional or family)
• Nurse Aide/Nursing Assistant training required
• Knowledge of safe transfer techniques
• Compassion, patience, and strong communication skills
• Physical ability to assist clients safely
• Reliable transportation (for applicable assignments)
• Smartphone for scheduling and documentation

Nice To Haves

• certification is a plus!

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene
• Support mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation
• Assist with toileting and incontinence care
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding if needed
• Perform light housekeeping related to care
• Monitor and report changes in condition
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Document care using our mobile system
