About The Position

Guardian Angel Senior Services is seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Personal Care Aides. We serve seniors and adults with disabilities in their homes, providing essential support and companionship. This role offers flexible scheduling, including full-time, part-time, and short shifts, to accommodate your life. We provide comprehensive training from day one and support for earning your HHA certification.

Requirements

• Patient, friendly, and genuinely compassionate demeanor.
• Comfortable communicating clearly with clients and their families.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow instructions.
• Reliable transportation to client homes.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Nice To Haves

• Previous caregiving experience.
• CNA or HHA certification.
• Experience with seniors or adults with disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene support.
• Assist with household tasks such as meal preparation, light cleaning, laundry, and changing linens.
• Accompany clients on errands like grocery shopping.
• Offer companionship and engage in conversation, being a reliable presence for clients.
• Monitor clients for changes in condition and respond calmly to emergencies.
