About The Position
Guardian Angel Senior Services of Leominster, MA is now hiring in-home Caregivers. Daily Pay available - get paid when you need it! We're looking for responsible, reliable people ready to support seniors who need extra help living safely and comfortably at home. This role means traveling between clients' homes in the Leominster area, one client at a time, with a schedule you help build yourself.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license and your own vehicle
- Able to drive 15–20 minutes to client homes (paid mileage and travel time)
- Willing to do personal care
- Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
- Respectful, compassionate, and dependable
- Good time management and communication skills
Nice To Haves
- HHA/CNA - hands-on support with daily living, personal care, and homemaking that keeps clients healthy, safe, and comfortable
- Personal Care - toileting, bathing, showering, dressing, grooming, and hygiene assistance
- Homemakers - light housekeeping, errands, meal prep, shopping, and general household support
Responsibilities
- Medication reminders
- Assisting with showers, ambulation, and mobility
- Personal care and hygiene support
- Planning and preparing meals with clients when they're able
- Shopping and errands
- Light housekeeping - laundry, sweeping, vacuuming, dishes, trash
- Being a steady, pleasant presence for clients
- Reporting anything unusual and responding quickly in emergencies
