While you support clients one-on-one with activities of daily living, we’ll support you with training, flexibility, and a team dedicated to creating a great employee experience. We are currently recruiting for a Personal Care Aide (PCA) to reliably serve patients all over Maui to support our kupuna. BAYADA PCA Training Course — No Experience? We Will Train You! If you're compassionate, reliable, and eager to care for others, you can become a PCA even without previous caregiving experience. Our paid PCA Training Course provides everything you need to succeed, including hands-on skills, mentoring, and support from our clinical team. Upon completion, you’ll be eligible to begin working with our BAYADA Maui team and start changing lives—one client at a time.

Requirements

• Ability to travel to clients’ homes as assigned.

Nice To Haves

• Previous home health care or patient care welcomed, but not required — we will train you through our PCA Training Course.
• A passion for caregiving and a desire to help others.
• A commitment to being present and providing quality care.

Responsibilities

• Activities of daily living: bathing, grooming, toileting, nail care, etc.
• Household support: light housekeeping, laundry, bed making etc.
• Meal preparation and feeding
• Range of motion/exercises
• Assisting with ambulation (Transfers/use of mechanical lifting devices)
• Medication reminders
