Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
- Support clients with mobility and transfers as needed.
- Help with meal preparation and feeding, ensuring dietary needs are met.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, including laundry and cleaning to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Monitor clients’ health and report any changes or concerns to supervisory staff.
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and client conditions.
