Requirements
- Previous experience in a personal care or caregiving role is an advantage
- Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy with a strong work ethic
- Willingness to undergo background checks
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Help with mobility and transferring safely
- Provide light housekeeping duties including meal preparation, laundry, and cleaning
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients
- Monitor client health and report any changes or concerns to supervisory staff
- Follow care plans and maintain accurate documentation of services provided
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for clients at all times
