About The Position

Join Senior Helpers as a Personal Care Aide and make a meaningful impact by helping seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. This role involves providing compassionate, one-on-one care to clients.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance
• Ability to safely lift and assist up to 25 lbs.

Nice To Haves

• Previous caregiving experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Helping clients move safely around their homes
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Performing light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Offering medication reminders as permitted by state regulations
• Communicating with families and the care team
• Documenting care through our easy-to-use electronic system
