About The Position
Guardian Angel Senior Services is seeking compassionate and professional caregivers (CNA | HHA | Homemakers) for full-time or part-time positions, with short shifts available. We provide home care with love, aiming to enhance the quality of life for our clients by maintaining their dignity and independence in their own homes. We care for the elderly and disabled, assisting them with various tasks to support their well-being. We offer training for those with no prior experience and allow caregivers to choose clients they wish to work with.
Requirements
- Must be able to follow instructions.
- Must be able to perform a variety of tasks to help clients.
- Patient, friendly, and excellent communication skills.
Nice To Haves
- Candidates may also choose the clients they wish to work with, while earning official certification as a Home Health Aide.
- No Experience? No Worries - We Train.
Responsibilities
- Assist with shopping and errands.
- Report unusual incidents.
- Perform light housekeeping.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Assist with personal care and hygiene.
- Respond quickly and responsibly in emergencies.
- Plan and prepare meals with the client.
- Assist with ambulation and mobility around the home.
- Meal prep and cooking.
- Vacuuming, dusting, dry and wet mopping.
- Kitchen cleaning, dishwashing, and trash removal.
- Bathroom cleaning.
- Changing bed linens, laundry, and folding.
- Bathing, skin care, and foot care.
- Feeding, nutrition, and grooming.
- Transfers and incontinent care.
