About The Position

Personal Care Aide (PCA) – Make Every Visit Count Are you passionate about helping others maintain their independence? Join our team as a Personal Care Aide (PCA) and provide compassionate, one-on-one care to seniors and adults in the comfort of their own homes. We proudly serve clients throughout Northwest Oklahoma City, Oklahoma City, Bethany, Warr Acres, Yukon, Mustang, El Reno, Piedmont, The Village, Nichols Hills, and surrounding communities.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Previous experience as a Homemaker Companion or in a similar role
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
Current and valid driver’s license, with the ability to safely operate a vehicle in compliance with applicable laws

Nice To Haves

Completion of a state-approved Personal Care Aide (PCA) or Nurse Aide training program preferred.
Previous caregiving experience is beneficial but not required.
Reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license and current auto insurance preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene.
Provide mobility assistance, transfers, walking support, and safety supervision.
Prepare light meals and assist with eating when needed.
Perform light housekeeping such as laundry, dishes, vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and changing bed linens.
Offer companionship through conversation and engaging daily activities.
Help clients maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment.
Document services provided and communicate any concerns or changes to the care team.
