Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, active car insurance and registration REQUIRED
- One year of prior caregiving is required
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene
- Provide companionship and meaningful social interaction
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry tasks
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and range of motion
- Follow individualized care plans and communicate changes to the care coordinator
