About The Position
Join Guardian Angel Senior Services as a Full or Part-Time Caregiver, making a difference in the lives of seniors across various towns including Marlborough, Hudson, and Framingham. No prior experience or certification is required, as comprehensive paid training is provided to ensure your success. This role offers a competitive hourly pay ranging from $19 to $21. You will gain invaluable hands-on experience, form lasting relationships with clients, and help them maintain their well-being and dignity. Requirements
- No prior experience or certification is needed (comprehensive paid training provided).
- For non-certified candidates, willingness to start with Homemaking tasks and undergo free training and certifications to help clients with ADLs.
Nice To Haves
- HHA certification or CNA experience (can enhance qualifications).
Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment by performing essential tasks such as laundry, changing linens, emptying trash, vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and cleaning the kitchen to uphold hygiene standards.
- Assist with basic meal preparation.
- Provide medication reminders, ensuring clients take their pre-dosed medications on time.
- Help clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, and dressing (for those trained or certified).
