Requirements
- Certified PCA in Massachusetts
- At least 1 year of hands-on caregiving experience
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Can reliably commute in Boston and other nearby areas
Nice To Haves
- Having your own vehicle is a plus!
Responsibilities
- Offer companionship and meaningful conversation
- Support mobility, transfers, light exercise, or walking
- Prepare meals and give medication reminders
- Help with personal care: bathing, grooming, dressing
- Keep homes safe with light housekeeping
- Drive clients to local errands or appointments when needed
