About The Position

Providence Place of Chambersburg is seeking compassionate individuals to join their team as Caregivers. In this role, you will assist elderly residents with daily living activities, provide dining services, and offer companionship. The residents' care needs range from Independent Living to Personal Care (requiring assistance with dressing, bathing, or mobility) and specialized Memory Care in a dementia neighborhood. The company is committed to coworker development and treating residents with respect, aiming to provide care as one would want for their own grandparents.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Willingness to work as part of a great team.
• Reliable.
• Must be able to work every other weekend/every other holiday.
• Entry Level position - training provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist elderly residents with daily living activities, including dressing, bathing, and mobility.
• Serve as a dining server.
• Act as a companion to residents.
