About The Position
Brompton Heights Senior Living in Williamsville is looking for caring, dependable PCA's to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with seniors, building meaningful relationships, and being part of a team that truly cares about the people they serve. As a PCA, you will provide hands-on support to residents while helping them maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life. The available shifts are days (7:00 am-3:00 pm), evenings (3:00 pm-11:00 pm), and overnights (11:00 pm-7:00 am). The company is looking for individuals who find purpose in caring for others and want to be part of a team where their work matters.

Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
- Provide personal care and support based on each resident’s individual needs
- Assist with meals, hydration, and other daily routines as needed
- Respond promptly and compassionately to resident requests
- Observe residents for changes in condition or behavior and communicate concerns to the appropriate team member
- Provide companionship and meaningful interaction with residents
- Help maintain a clean, comfortable, and safe living environment
- Work closely with nurses and fellow care team members to provide exceptional resident care
- Follow individualized care plans, community policies, and safety procedures
