About The Position
The Personal Care Aide is responsible for the tasks of personal care and incidental activities of daily living for clients of all ages in client homes. Provides aide for client's hygiene, grooming and comfort needs, i.e. toileting, bathing, companionship. Provide aide with shopping, meal preparation, light housekeeping and socialization activities.
Requirements
- Six months’ experience in a comparable care aide job classification, current CNA license or completed first semester of nursing school
- Must be 18 years of age
- 2 professional references required
- Background check
- Driver’s License and current car insurance
Nice To Haves
- CPR preferred, but not required
