About The Position

Alvita Care is seeking compassionate and reliable caregivers to join our growing team, serving communities throughout Nassau County. We specialize in In-Home Personal Care, Alzheimer's & Dementia Care, Palliative & Hospice Care, and Geriatric Care Management. Our clients are private-pay, and we offer both private-duty one-on-one cases and facility-based care. All applicants will undergo a phone screening to ensure a good fit, and cases are only available to caregivers who complete onboarding.

Requirements

• Certified NYS Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA) required.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Reliable, professional, and patient-centered.
• Discreet and professional in all communications.
• Updated medicals/vaccinations (or willing to obtain).
• Completed drug screen or Habituation Form.
• Must complete Alvita Care onboarding to accept cases.

Nice To Haves

• Prior home care experience strongly preferred.
• Valid driver's license a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care to clients in their homes.
• Assist clients with daily living activities.
• Offer compassionate and patient-centered care.
• Maintain professional and discreet communication.
• Complete Alvita Care onboarding to accept cases.
