About The Position
Alvita Care is seeking compassionate and reliable Home Health Aides (HHA) and Personal Care Aides (PCA) for the Amityville and surrounding Suffolk County communities. Experience in home care and/or facility settings is preferred. Drivers are also preferred for this role. Alvita Care is a mission-driven Home Healthcare & Personal Care Agency with four branches and over 500 caregivers, providing In-Home Personal Care, Alzheimer's & Dementia Care, Palliative & Hospice Care, and Geriatric Care Management. They have earned The Joint Commission Gold Seal of Approval and exclusively serve private-pay clients. As they continue to grow, they are seeking dedicated caregivers for both private-duty one-on-one care and facility-based care. All applicants will complete a phone screening to determine compatibility and availability. Cases are only available to caregivers who successfully complete the Alvita Care onboarding process.
Requirements
- Certified New York State Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA) required
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Reliable, professional, and patient-centered
Nice To Haves
