About The Position

LaFayette Manor is seeking an experienced Personal Care Home Administrator who is also a RN or LPN to join their team in Uniontown, PA. This position will oversee Beechwood Court, a 64-bed personal care unit with an attached secure memory care unit. The role emphasizes a team-based approach to patient care in a supportive environment that fosters teamwork, integrity, respect, and empowerment. The ideal candidate would be a dual Personal Care Home Administrator and Director of Wellness, splitting time approximately 50/50 between the two roles.

Requirements

• Personal Care Home Administrator License Required.
• Must have an active RN or LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania.

Nice To Haves

• Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse License preferred.
• Experience in a Personal Care Home/Assisted Living setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Beechwood Court Personal Care team members and residents.
• Assist with marketing Beechwood Court for new resident move-in.
• Oversee care team and management of resident care needs.
