The program aims to innovate and deliver cutting-edge products and solutions in Canadian banking, focusing on product innovation, data & analytics, and superior risk management. Rotations include Product Management (visualizing, developing, and improving products and services), Risk Management (shaping risk appetite and developing lending strategies), Data & Analytics (driving insights and decision-making), and Collections (transforming customer experience through data and analytics). The program is designed for analytically inclined, digitally-savvy individuals motivated by innovation and delivering solutions in Canada. The program's capabilities and culture have been recognized by Forrester, Forbes, and MIT, with Product, Risk, and Data & Analytics being regular topics at leadership discussions.
