About The Position

Sphere Business Development & Operations Business Season 2026 - 2027 Graduate Student Associate Program (New York). Student Associate opportunities are available in the following areas: Sphere Business Development (MBA candidate preferred), Sphere Business Operations & Insights (MBA candidate preferred), Sphere Strategic Operations (MBA candidate preferred). This program is designed to create real, valuable opportunities for undergraduate and graduate students to learn, grow, and explore MSG Entertainment, MSG Sports, and Sphere. As a Student Associate, you will gain valuable experience that will be applicable throughout your career. While participating in the Student Associate Program, students will have the opportunity to work with our employees to get a full understanding of the business. We also provide additional learning and development opportunities through an executive speaker series, mentorship program, career development workshops, and other social events.

Requirements

• Must be available to work 21-35 hours/week (3 - 5 business days) in-person.
• Must be available to work part-time or full-time from October 2026 - April 2027.
• Must be enrolled as a Graduate Student for Fall 2026.
• Must have a GPA of 3.2 or above.
• Provide exceptional experiences for our guests, partners, and team members, including by adhering to our appearance and presentation guidelines while on-site.
• This is an in-office position located in New York.
