Part-Time Personal Banker (Bend, OR)
About The Position
OCCU, a member-owned credit union, is seeking a Part-Time Personal Banker (also known as Enrichment Advisor) for its on-site location in Bend, Oregon. This role is guided by the vision to Enrich Lives and is central to positively impacting individuals and communities. The Personal Banker will provide financial guidance to members, open new consumer and business accounts, handle payments and loan applications, and promote OCCU products. A thorough understanding of OCCU's products and services is essential, along with the ability to effectively explain their benefits to members. Part-time employees will work 18-24 hours per week, with schedules potentially consisting of 3-4 hours per day Monday-Friday for lunch coverage or a couple of full days during the week based on branch needs.
Requirements
- Minimum of three years of similar or related experience in banking
- Experience opening consumer and business accounts and loans
- Maintain licensing and relevant updates with the NMLS Safe Act
- Possess the necessary education and experience to perform the essential functions and meet the minimum performance expectations for this role, with or without accommodation.

- Spanish-speaking candidates who pass a standardized test receive an additional $2 per hour.
