The position is on-site in Eugene, Oregon. OCCU is hiring a part-time Personal Banker to support our Lane County branches. Known as Enrichment Advisors, these professionals help members with financial advice, open new consumer accounts, handle payments and loan applications, and promote OCCU products. Enrichment Advisors should have strong knowledge of OCCU�s services and be able to explain their advantages clearly to members.
Requirements
- Minimum of three years of similar or related experience in banking, including opening consumer and business accounts and loans
- Maintain licensing and relevant updates with the NMLS Safe Act
- Possess the necessary education and experience to perform the essential functions and meet the minimum performance expectations for this role, with or without accommodation
Nice To Haves
- Spanish-speaking candidates who pass a standardized test receive an additional $2 per hour
