The reasonably estimated pay range is $20.85–$27 per hour; actual compensation depends on factors including the successful candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Cambridge Savings Bank cannot sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa for this role. The bank is a full-service mutual banking institution with over $7 billion in assets and a Massachusetts-based branch network, as well as digital banking services for commercial, small-business, and consumer customers.

Requirements

High school degree or equivalent.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact with all types of people and quickly build rapport.

Responsibilities

Understand and comply with Bank Secrecy Act and Anti-Money Laundering (BSA/AML), regulatory, security, retail banking, and bank-wide policies and procedures.
Perform customer transactions accurately and efficiently, providing consistently high-quality experiences to internal and external customers.
Develop and maintain substantial knowledge of the Bank’s products and services.
Sell and cross-sell the Bank’s and its partners’ products and services to prospective and existing business and personal customers based on their needs.
Balance cash at the end of the day and assist with branch settlement.
Perform additional duties as required.
