TD is seeking a Personal Banker to act as a subject matter expert in the branch for both customers and colleagues regarding TD's products, services, policies, and procedures, with a focus on personal and business banking. The role involves providing sound advice, discovering and addressing customer needs through thoughtful questioning, improving customer financial confidence, engaging in customer outreach, performing total financial reviews, and ensuring efficient resolution of customer issues. The Personal Banker will also maintain a professional branch environment, support frontline transactions, and act as an escalation point when necessary. Shareholders will benefit from the Personal Banker's contribution to business objectives through customer acquisition, retention, and promotion of a full suite of products and services. The role also requires contributing to operational excellence, managing risks, ensuring accurate documentation, and staying informed about regulatory requirements. Team members will participate fully in the team, support a positive work environment, continuously enhance their knowledge, and engage in personal development activities. The role requires specialized expertise in complex transactions and product advice, acting as an expert to customers and internal partners, identifying and solving complex problems, and potentially coordinating the work of others and providing coaching. This position generally reports to an Assistant Branch Manager or Branch Manager.
