About The Position
E&S Home Care Solutions is expanding its caregiver network across Houston areas including Cypress, Spring, Tomball, Willowbrook, Louetta, and Humble. We are building a pool of dependable caregivers to connect qualified team members with client opportunities as they become available. We value flexibility and consider your availability when matching you with clients. Whether you are looking for PRN, part-time, or occasional shifts, we will consider your preferred days, times, and service areas. We are looking for compassionate, reliable caregivers who take pride in providing quality in-home care and supporting clients in maintaining their comfort, safety, and independence.
Requirements
- Previous caregiving, personal care, or healthcare experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Dependable, compassionate, and professional
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to travel to client homes throughout Houston and surrounding areas
Responsibilities
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with mobility, walking, and transfers as needed
- Prepare simple meals and snacks
- Provide light housekeeping
- Communicate changes in the client’s needs or condition to the office
