Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher is a plus.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and handle competing priorities effectively.

Responsibilities

Manage and organize daily schedules and appointments for senior staff.
Coordinate and prioritize incoming communications including emails, phone calls, and messages.
Prepare and organize documents, reports, and correspondence as needed.
Assist with travel arrangements including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
Support event planning and coordination for meetings, conferences, and company events.
