Personal Assistant PT Evening
About The Position
An immediate need for a Personal Assistant supporting 1 individual. This role offers annual performance bonus pay and additional hourly pay for any weekend day shifts worked. Previous work for Easter Seals TN increases starting pay. The position pays $14.50 per hour and no experience is required, as paid training is included. The Personal Assistant is responsible for providing support to program participants with Activities of Daily Living (ADL’s), community involvement, and other activities as per written plans of care. This support aims to maintain a safe, stimulating, stable, and comfortable setting, within a flexible and fun daily atmosphere. Staff are crucial in helping individuals learn, keep, or improve skills necessary to live in a home, providing supports based on their hopes, dreams, and preferences. Individuals are afforded privacy, treated with dignity and respect, and have access to coordinated services and supports determined by their unique strengths, needs, and choices. Staff actively participate in all aspects of planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of member services and supports.

Responsibilities
